K 55 / K 66 dimensions
Hi,

The company i work for currently manufacture K-55 cushions, and we have been asked to introduce the K-66 as well.

I understand there are standard dimensions for the height and nose-width, but i wondered if there were standards regarding the dimensions for the rounded hollow groove on the back.

At this stage we are basing our dimensions for tooling, from an existing sample. Due to the problems with measuring rubber, this is less than ideal, so i am looking for a drawing of the cushion profile if at all possible.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I'm no engineer.... There has to be some type of engineer that can help you figure out all that.

Hope it all works out and the rails hit right. LOL
