Here's a message that some of the players received. It went out December 8, 2006.

Dear IPT Player,

As promised, the December 8th installment of prize money has been sent out.
We appreciate your patience and support during this time. I thank you for
all the positive emails and encouragement from many of you IPT players. Stay
tuned, there will be more news to report soon.

I guess they're moving forward. It's a good sign to see them making payments.

I'll be happy when the players are paid in full and everyone can move forward, leaving all of this discussion behind.

I think Kevin made some mistakes when he took on this project. As glad as I am that pool has a high paying tour, I think it was too much money to start out with. (Even though Kevin is worth mad cash.) Now we have these financial halts in the tournaments and people are losing faith. He should've started with 100,000 dollar payouts perhaps to make it easier on the bankroll and allow time for sponsors and partners.
