No replies from IPT

I've emailed IPT twice concerning my membership in members club.
I've not yet received a reply.I'ts been 2 weeks.I just sent another email and got IPT server error.
Are they ignoring emails?
Has anybody had any correspondence with IPT?
Is there a phone # to call them. I couldn't find one.

Call your credit card company and explain that you've tried to contact them to cancel your membership and see if they can put a block on the IPT from charging your card.

Also, be sure to keep a close eye on your statement... make sure there's not other charges (KT was convicted of credit card fraud in the past).
