Default stolen cues
To all cue buyers .

I had 4 Carolina Cues Stolen by Daytona Joe .Along with $300 dollars that was made from one cue .That was sold at the Windy City Open just 2 weeks ago.The cues were given to him to show and sell at the open.
To help with door prizes .
I talked to Daytona Joe about coming to Greensboro Nc . To get back the cues and cash for the one he sold.
Once reaching Greensboro Nc Called joe he would not take my phone call or return them .

So at this point All the cues that were given to Joe are now "Stolen" .If he tries to Sell any cues on this site That are Any Carolina Cues on this page or any page are Stolen Cues please contact .

Here is Trevor's post on this subject

Let me clear this up
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I am Trevor, and not the Cure, who I am very upset with, he posted all this before contacting me a partner in Carolina Cues. The Cure and DaytonaJoe did a deal together, in which I knew about. The Cure I asked him for the cues back, which he had to get from Joe. Joe and I are meeting up tomorrow and everything between us is Good. It is the Cure and Joe. And I have nothing to do with it, just stuck in the middle. This has nothing to Do with Carolina Cues, it is all the Cure who did sell our cues online. He is no longer doing so after this mess. In no way did I talk about Joe and look forward to meeting with him

Default And Now... The rest of the Story
Posted on the other site....

I was contacted last month by a poster known as TheCure... many of you will remember him as Deadstroke32, or possibly as Art. He was inqiuring about a booth space at the Windy City Event. After discussing it with the Romano's I told him that booth's would be free if he stayed at the hotel, and made a donation of door prizes.

As any of you that attended know, we raffled off 2 cues and had 4 others available for sale at the tournament desk along with business cards with the name of Art Cullers and cue catalogs, One cue wasrecently sold and the others I have at my house. The original plan was I would be heading to Charlotte on Jan 27th for business. I told Thecure (Deadstroke32) that I would come down the night before and meet with him and settle up.

This week while discussing a cue I was looking to purchase, we spoke of a Josey that I was selling, Thecure asked for pics, and upon receiving the pics responeded that he would take it , at a reduced price that I offered it to him at. AHe also stated that he would be coming to Greensboro on Thursday and we could meet up and settle who owed what. Well yesterday morning I called him or I received a call Can't remember) that he would be on his way shortly and that he needed the money insttead of the Josey, as he had to pay another cue maker for something he ordered. If this was the first time of someone backing out of a purchase, no big deal, but this was Art's 3rd time doing this to me .........

So I decide at that time to give back a little of the concideration he had given me, and did not accept any more of his calls. But I did call his cell phone this morning and left a voice message that he provide me with his address and I would send a money order and the cues to him ( at my expence) and I would never do business with him again!!

Next I know I receive a call about this thread.

Now I know that my feelings about this party were correct and maybe now understand why the cue that was posted on another site by Art a couple of weeks ago of his newly designed one of a kind cue.........

Are now on this site by a very reputable dealer for sale. And why Thecure instructed me to stay away from it because it was, as he supposedly was told by the cue maker "not up to the cuemakers standards, so he would not sell it to him, and instead is having his top dealer sell it"...

I think I will buy it out of spite, because it is a perfect example of uniqueness, by the cue maker that i most regret ever selling a product of..

Sorry to be so long winded but when someone barks up the wrong tree, they need to be careful not to get bitten!!!!

And thanks to those that truly are my friends on this site, for the support. It is truly appreciated

Joe Calnan

PS. the cue is posted on this board, but I am gonna buy it !!! Nice design

Well, that certainly things up in MY mind!

Where is this cue of "uniqueness", and how much is it going for?
