Default RC3 cues
Recently bought a RC3 cue with a glass pin. This is by far the nicest and best feeling cue that I have ever played with or own.

And yes I have some great cues including Gina, SW, Lambros, Layani, Gilbert, Weston, Jensen, and Bender. Plus I have played with a Black, Shick and Hercek. Wonder why you don't hear more about his cues? His prices are reasonable and the workmanship is fantastic.

I think Richard Chudy's cues are fairly well known. They aren't cheap though.

I also have one Chudy jump/break cue with G10 pin at the main joint and titanium at j/b joint. Nice BEM nose and very stiff hitting.

Although I have never hit with one, at Valley Forge, I always make a point of checking out the cues in his booth. I love his style, but the cues I like are a little, or a lot, over my budget. Maybe after I win the Lotto.

I know what you mean about being over the budget. I settled for one of his cheaper cues. He makes some nice looking stuff but it may be too fancy for a bar league.

I am not one to buy cues and let them sit in a case. I have used all of my cues as playing cues, until I get the next one.
My problem is that it is the upper end RC3 cues that I always seem to like. If I could afford one, I would play with it. Cues are made to play pool.
