Default New IPT Challenge Match Announced
Players Announced for the Next IPT Viewers' Choice Challenge Match

Voting for the IPT Ultimate 8-Ball "Viewers' Choice" challenge match has been closed. IPT staff have examined the votes to verify that all counted votes adhered to the IPT voting policy, which is published in the IPT FAQ. Any and all votes that violated voting policy have been removed and the final vote count has been adjusted and finalized. The two players who were chosen by pool fans world wide will be announced on the IPT website Monday, April 14, at 2 p.m. Central Standard Time.

WIN A FREE SET OF DVDs!

Guess how many total legitimate votes were submitted during the entire voting process, and win a set of free DVDs from the IPT. If someone doesn't guess the exact number of votes that came in, the person who guesses the closest number to the actual total will be the winner. You have until Tuesday, April 15, at 10 a.m. Central Standard Time to submit your guess. Simply send an e-mail with your guess to voting@internationalpooltour.com. You will be notified via e-mail if you are the winner. The DVD set will include Mike Sigel's "Perfect Pool & How to Make Trick Shots," the Sigel vs. Jones match, the Sigel vs. Reyes match, and an assortment of IPT King of the Hill matches.

The feature match in the IPT Ultimate 8-Ball match will be under the grueling IPT conditions of tight pockets (courtesy of Diamond Billiard Products) and slow-nap cloth made by Gorina. The April 29 live broadcast is absolutely free. Visit International Pool Tour to learn more.

The IPT Ultimate 8-Ball is also going to have an "under-card" straight pool match between world champion Oliver Ortmann and John Schmidt that will take place during the April 29 live broadcast. Although being called the under-card match, the players are both world-class athletes whose match-up is essentially another feature match! And remember, both feature matches in the live broadcast, and the player voting, are absolutely free.
