For the first 60 days they are wanting me to change my diet and only do cardio exercises. At the end of 60 days they will reevaluate me and let me know if I can start strength training. If they feel I am ready they will work on a routine tailored to my specific needs and goals. I don't want to be Mr. Olympia but I do want to hit the golf ball further . It's been very eye opening and I feel that I am going to have much better results than just signing up at my local gym and going at it alone.
Hi Murray: How's life and the family? Glad to hear you are taking care of yourself, great first step! I know there's a Golds Gym up there, so when you are ready, maybe we can get together for a workout session. Let me know when you're ready

If you need any help with training or have any questions, let me know. You are on the right track. Quick question, is the wellness center a Campisi Center?

Take care and talk soon, Sarah
