The must-have resource for the billiard industry, the 2008 Billiard Congress of America (BCA) Official Rules & Records Book contains the newly updated World-Standardized Rules for 8-Ball, 9-Ball, 14.1, One Pocket and many other popular games, including the introduction of a new game, 10-Ball.
