The Lone Star Billiards Tour visited Hawley’s Billiards in Dallas, TX, the weekend of October 13-14 for its $1,000-added stop. The tour pulled in 57 players that filled two 32-player brackets for the open and amateur divisions, as well as 8 ladies. T. J. Hawley’s has always been a name synonymous with billiards. Walter Hawley, owner of the famous online billiard business,, will host the fifth stop this year on the Lone Star Billiards Tour from his Dallas pool room, Hawley’s Billiards. The Lone Star Tour will be arriving at Hawley’s on Saturday, October 13, to host a 3 division, 2-day 9-Ball Event.
Three champions emerged with titles at the Lone Star Billiards Tour’s Texas Open warm-up 9-ball tournament August 11-12, with Frank Ferrers Jr., Charlie Bryant, and Kim Sanders winning their respective divisions. Skinny Bob’s in Round Rock, TX, hosted the event, which drew 120 players with 167 total entries.
