Billiard Accessories Manufacturer Qpod reached a podium finish in the Porsche Supercup in Barcelona together with Lechner Racing
Common values such as design, precision and the ambition to win brought Qpod and the Porsche team run by Walter Lechner to this successful partnership.
(Barcelona /Vienna, May 2013) One of the two Qpod Porsche Supercup cars driven by Michael Ammermüller for the Lechner Racing team finished on the podium of the Porsche Supercup 2013 in Barcelona last Sunday. The third place was a great season opener for Walter Lechner ́s team and sponsor Qpod, the manufacturer of accessories for the world of billiard sport. The German racer Michael Ammermüller secured his first trophy in making the podium in this exciting event with his 460 PS Porsche GT3.

About the Porsche Supercup:
The Porsche Supercup was first held in 1993 as the only Gran Turismo racing series exclusively in support of the Formula 1 Grand Prix races. The Porsche Supercup is using the new 911 GT3 Porsche this season which is not only interesting for the racers but it offers also an excellent business platform for partners and teams. Nine races will be held in total around the European Grand Prix venues. The final race of the season will be at the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi on November 3rd 2013.
