Bar table phenom Jesse Bowman took down the February 7 stop of the Pechauer All American Tour, whitewashing his opponent in the final match. This stop was hosted by Miller Time Billiards in Davenport, IA, and drew 32 players in a double-elimination 8-ball format on 7-foot bar boxes.
Bowman took the undefeated route to the finals. In the hot seat match, Bowman clipped Jamie Baraks 7-6. Earlier, in the A-bracket semifinals, Bowman defeated Randy Tendley 7-1, while Baraks dominated Frank DeCastecker 7-2.
In the B-side bracket J.J. Wiseman ousted DeCastecker at fifth place 4-2, while Tendley eliminated Dan Kuhl at the same placement 4-3. Tendley then toppled Wiseman into fourth place 4-3. In the B-side finals Tendley closed out Barak’s tournament at third place by a comfortable 4-1 score. In the tournament finals, Tendley had the task of overcoming the undefeated Bowman for the title, but Bowman gave Tendley no chance, defeating Tendley 7-0 for the title.
