FCI Head Briscoe Steps Down

As of January 1, 2009 Frank Briscoe stepped down as President of Frank’s Center, Inc. Vickie Briscoe has assumed the roll of President and Daniel C. Pinta became V.P. of Operations.

Frank’s Center, Inc. (FCI) has established itself as a leading wholesaler of top quality billiards equipment nationwide. FCI first began diversifying its product line into billiards in 1997, first as a retailer. Over the years the company has gradually been transitioning to the wholesale distribution side of the industry.

Frank and Vickie Briscoe, the husband and wife duo that have kept the company going and growing, with the assistance of a modest staff of a full time office manager, Sharon Hinds, a part time warehouse attendant Dan Pinta and two sales representatives Mike Sitarz and John Wynn as well as a few part time folks.

Dan has been working part time for Frank’s Center for nearly seven years as he was making his way through high school and college. During his time working for FCI, Dan learned the ins and outs of the industry by working in the warehouse, as well as traveling to the major amateur tournaments nationwide working as a salesman and promoting the company.

Dan Graduated from Missouri Southern State University in December of 2008, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. Dan will use his background in the billiard industry, combined with his secondary education to find ways to improve the day to day operations of Frank’s Center as well as increase market share and profitability of the company as a whole.

Frank believes Dan has the ability to take FCI to the next level and will do a great job in the coming years.

What’s Frank going to do? “I’m going to enjoy riding my bicycle more. Do some bicycle touring of this wondrous country “”America the beautiful””. I’ll still be available for advice and assistance when needed and I’ll certainly go to the half dozen major tournaments we exhibit at to visit friends, customers and fellow vendors”.
