Born July 9 in Taipei, Taiwan, Hsin Huang was the Women’s Professional Billiard Tour’s (WPBA) Rookie of the Year in 2004. Her first pro event was the 2003 U.S. Open, and she turned pro the year after that.
Huang resides in Waterloo, Ontario, with her dog. She plays with a Layani Cue and tried to practice every day.
